I'm not a northern michigan ranger but, I go through standish on my way to tawas. Not usually in the splash though. Usually in the exploder sport. The furthest north my truck made it this year was probably birchrun, I don't think kitchener ont. is any further north just mostly east. I'll have to keep an eye out for your truck on the way through, especially this saturday since we going to tawas to pull the dock out of the lake. Anyway, I guess I was a little off topic, sorry.

Well, mikey66, I'm thinking of meeting up with the rest of the bunch on the 12th, next sunday, weather permitting, maybe we'll see ya down there. I don't, to often drive my truck up north since I usually take the wife and the dog, not always in that order, and there just isn't enough room in the splash for every one, unless I don't take the wife. . Well, anyway, if you see a silver explorer sport with clear turnsignal lenses and dog nose prints all over the back and side windows going thru standish its probably me.:)

oh yeah, and as far as car/truck clubs go I can't think of any at the moment that aren't vehicle specific but we have been trying to start one in my area. Whether it be a branch of a more popular club or starting our own I let ya'll know.

Last I remember we were talking to twisted concepts about starting a chapter over here but, we haven't heard back from them in a while, so maybe not. I just thought of that after I left this forum.

im in big rapids part of the year as well, go to ferris state for auto mechanics.

otherwise, im either at home in plymouth, or up north at my cottage in hawks. I drive through the standish area quite a bit, and occasionally take the long way through town and up old m-76. what a trip that is most of the time, its nice sometimes to get off the free-way and see some of the wilderness.. not a bad drive either.

i hear that, i put alot of miles on 76, i love it, goin down that road is relaxing its soothing, an like you said the wilderness, its where im at home, i wouldn't trade it for the world

rangeron17s the site aint to bad at this point. its got a good layout. when you get all the stuff uploaded it will prolly be tight. i know the stressors of managing two web pages, but thats lookin good...

one quick suggestion, on your intro, i dunno if you have music playing or not, but i didnt hear any. i would add a mix to that for when the intro says its stuff, you got some tunes to listen to

Yeah like I said it had been awhile since we had talked to twisted. Maybe thats why we never heard back from them.
