OneLowRanger Oct 19 2003, 11:05am ironically enough, the last 4 posts about this vehicle included on average 35 posts that said that it needed to be dropped. approximately 5.6 posts said it needed to lose the "lund add-ons" and approximately 27.6 said it needed bags Bart Oct 19 2003, 12:27pm Originally posted by OneLowRanger ironically enough, the last 4 posts about this vehicle included on average 35 posts that said that it needed to be dropped. approximately 5.6 posts said it needed to lose the "lund add-ons" and approximately 27.6 said it needed bags so eric, can we extrapolate from previous data that the same thing will be said this time....and again in 5 days when it gets reposted?? John Moorehead Oct 19 2003, 12:40pm Precisely. TX Ranger Oct 19 2003, 08:20pm Originally posted by IAM.CA :idhitit: w/pick axe. nice choice, but i think a sledge hammer would be more efficient. slammin99 Oct 19 2003, 08:21pm gay gay gay gay gay gay gay ...... and it needs bags. or gas and a zippo Tate Oct 19 2003, 08:22pm Originally posted by TX Ranger nice choice, but i think a sledge hammer would be more efficient. Yes, but it is much more effecient to add speed holes with a pick axe than a hammer. TX Ranger Oct 19 2003, 08:24pm Originally posted by IAM.CA Yes, but it is much more effecient to add speed holes with a pick axe than a hammer. it doesn't need speed holes, from the "nostrils" in the scoop you can tell that thing is all about speed and doesn't need any bull**** speed holes. what it needs is some hardcore sledge hammer style thrashing. Nostrils only slow it down. It needs atleast 20 speed holes to regain its speed it lost from those. Trust me. OneLowRanger Oct 19 2003, 08:36pm Originally posted by Bart so eric, can we extrapolate from previous data that the same thing will be said this time....and again in 5 days when it gets reposted?? indeed. and lemme ask you guys... doesn't the orange-flamed license plate on the front eliminate the need for any speed holes, compensating the oh-so-slow-nostrils? Bart Oct 19 2003, 09:21pm Originally posted by OneLowRanger and lemme ask you guys... doesn't the orange-flamed license plate on the front eliminate the need for any speed holes, compensating the oh-so-slow-nostrils? no tater has a point here, speed holes are needed in this application, seeing that it has to lug around the extra 30lbs of "lund-add-ons" BadAzzRanger01 Oct 19 2003, 10:12pm ok i don't know if this has been said already ... but it needs to be lowered.... ;) scubasteves Oct 19 2003, 11:17pm i really actually like the photoshop lowered version. loose the lund junk and give it a cobra hood and a mustang interior and maybe a chop top and i would pimp it. i was wondering how hard it would be to do that. i would give it a try. any guidance? any one know the owner and how to get ahold of them? i like it. brandon Oct 19 2003, 11:20pm c'mon you guys....be nice to the guy and what he did...everybody just has their own taste:) b-mini94 Oct 19 2003, 11:27pm Originally posted by brandon c'mon you guys....be nice to the guy and what he did...everybody just has their own taste:) ya but its been posted so many times we have to make it interesting. brandon Oct 19 2003, 11:38pm Originally posted by b-mini94 ya but its been posted so many times we have to make it interesting. true...go at it bud! :E Mikey66 Oct 20 2003, 12:02am yea you all make fun, but look at the work put into it, think of it, how many of you have the time, money, or knowledge to do that, regardless of what you think i wouldn't run this person down, i think its a hell of a ride, an i bet it could whip just about anything on 4 wheels, so lets have a little more respect plz CalPBrian Oct 20 2003, 12:45am Hrm... chop top, bags, no Lund CRAP!!!!!! Nah I still wouldnt roll it.. The look of the front just doenst mesh with the rest of the truck... PickupMan92 Oct 21 2003, 02:04am it could whip just about anything on 4 wheels so what makes you so suuuuure of that? A nice slow carbed engine? oh and the photshop looks badass :E Ndru Oct 21 2003, 11:23am wow... I mean, yeah I agree that the lund crap stinks... but you have to admit that the body panels line up pretty well. I cant believe that it's not lowered...that wheel gap is INSANE! r4ng3r95 Oct 21 2003, 12:08pm fixed..... http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid85/p806228f19de3c5984aa2482a53ae0ba8/fac41dd9.jpg ex90ranger Oct 21 2003, 11:01pm It is setting on a modified 4x4 explorer frame. It can't be lowered with out doing some MAJOR stuff to the suspension. From what I understand that thing was built buy a guy that works at a junk yard and he was looking to kill time. It also has a full mustang interior. ex90 Lowranger26 Oct 24 2003, 12:20pm fixed..... did you not notice the PS about 10 posts back. thanks though... |
