what is a cheap and easy way to lift my 2000 4X4 Ranger about 2", and no body lifts. I can put blocks in the rear what about the front?

im not too sure about the front suspension on newer trucks but you could get a set of coil spring spacers or crank the t-bars if you got em to get around 2" of lift.

1998+ 4x4 Rangers utilize torsion bars. You can crank your torsion bars but you won't really notice TOO much difference. The only suspension kit available worth buying costs about 1200 dollars. And that is a 4" kit.
