i want a clean drop, about a 3/5 or 4/5, what would be my cheapest way of going about this without messin anything up and keepin a smooth ride? Also, where could it at.

DJM dream beams and a flip kit will yield 3/4 or 3/5. If you want lower, cut a little coil and you'll be a 4/5. Being that you have an x cab, you will likely need pinion shims after the flip kit. I am using 2* shims from Stylin Concepts and they work nicely.

you can get the DJM beams & flip kit from Godfather Customs for around $300. The shims are around $30 shipped from Stylin Concepts. You will want an alignment afterwards, especially if you decide to cut the coils and/or go lower than the beams alone.

If you want more than 2" of drop in front and still be able to drive it without tearing up your tires, the way I listed is the cheapest route. I beams are a bitch, but you get what you pay for in the end!
