I'm thinking of going for an alarm/remote car starter instead of new speakers with the christmas money from family... So now the question arises, which alarm/remote car starter combo is the best?

So far I have found these choices:

i'm leaning towards the audiovox, it seems nicer and it's cheaper.

any opinions? experiences? installation hassles (i have a haynes manual shouldn't be too bad)?
