Now that I have installed the body lift on my Ranger, there is a glaring ugly space between the bumpers and the grille in the front and the Bumpre and tailgate....are there companies that make something nice for this or will I have to fab something....I'd like to know what others have done with this problem...

What brand is your bodylift? Most manufacturers include the bumper brackets to lift the bumper. Contact www.performanceaccessories.com and see if you can get a set from them.

I think most pa kits come with at least the front bumper brackets, you may have to fab some up for the rear, i've also seen diamond plate that covers up the gap in the rear for sale

By leaving your bumpers at OE levels, you are negating one of the advantages of a bodylift. It is very stupid to leave them down.

Stupid or not, I have to comply with the Bumper height laws in my state......not being able to get my truck inspected or getting a ticket ....money out the window===really stupid....

In Pennsylvania I believe the maximum height is 26" for light duty trucks. Since you installed your bodylift, I assume you are going to get bigger tires? Just keep the OE tires if it is THAT big of a concern to you, and put them on before you get inspected, so you'll be that much lower.

I love living in Alaska, Only two towns and have emission laws, no other town's cops check laws. As long as your lights are on at night.

its not gonna be that much taller... look at fullsize trucks their bumpers are tall stock, if you raise your bumper 3", its not gonna make it illegal.
