How close are the bumper areas of the explorer form 1998 to the 2001 Ranger? Would a police push bar for a 1998 Explorer be able to mount up to a 2001 Ranger? I am assuming the bushbar is frame mounted (and not actually mounted to the bumper of the explorer)
