Can someone tell me how to aim the headlights on a 92 Ford Ranger?

There should be some screw type bolts sticking out of the back of them. There should be one in a top corner, and one in the opposite lower corner. Those should adjust the light. Give that a try, I could be wrong though. Someone else might know a better anwser.
