I have a 98 ranger XLT and the heater is on full hot all the time. no matter where the dial is???? And it also doesn't matter where the position of where the air is blowing. any help would be appreciated.

Blend door motor shaft is broken. Will have to replace the heater case to fix it. Worry about it in the spring. Not cheap, not easy.
