could someone put a 3-4 drop on this and put the 2001 ranger tailights in with a edge bumper and shave it please thanks in advance maybe a little cowl hood too if possible

Splash.. seeing as no one else is helping ya out. i did what i could im still learning all the tricks.. So i Shaved your handles, Gas door, splash graphics. And tail lights. also added that 3/3 you were looking for. (look in ur e-mail i dont know how to post pics.) sorry its kinda crappy quality. Just learning...
