I'm looking at adding an Explorer Sport 4X4 to the garage along side the Ranger. Any info from Explorer savvy folks on what to watch out for would be appreciated.

if u plan on liftin it at least 6" its some work unless they changed the rear end which is doubt full

Other than the fact that I hate torsion bars I love sploders. the 01's ride pretty nice and there seems to be a failr ammount of manual tran's available if you want that ort of thing. Pretty much look for all the normal engine stuff. the typical 4.0 timing chain rattle and all the other stuff you might check on a ranger.
