i have a 2wd ranger with 31's stock now
if i put 2" coils and 2" spacers up front for around a 4" lift will i have any problems ?
i know i need a camber adjustment and shocks but is there anything else?
brake lines dont affect a suspension lift do they? will anything rub or anything?
thanks

the only way i recon brake lines will affect the suspension in your truck is the first time you hit a big pothole and the line snaps and you crash through the front door of the local safeway.......I would recomend brake lines. It is possible that the stock ones will work, but don't take the chance. I wouldn't even recommend the coils and spacers either. Do it right and you won't regret the results. They aren't that hard to install either. gl

as blue stated 2 inches is tha max lift that a bushing will correct. To go higher since you have a 2wd, cutting and turning beams on it is very effective, as there are no drive trian issues for it to bind on. you can easily cut and turn the 2wd beams to use the spacer and the coils.
The front end will flex wiht the removal of the ranger springs, dual shocks is highly suggested with xj spring replacements(just xj replacements, no lift or such).

83 and 84 2wd's tend to be common in yards too.
