could you tell me how to change colors on things... I got flames (using your tutorial) to work 1x... but I used like Layer via copy or something like that...

probably the best thing I can say is to go through the tutorial again..

To change a color you need to cut or copy out the section you want to change the color. Usually I will highlight the area I want to change and then press control+c (COPY) and then control+V (PASTE).. Of course I use more keyboard shortcuts than I do use the mouse.If you paste it will create a duplicate of what you want on a new layer. Then you can change the color of that layer. I will usually make a duplicate of that layer that way if you screw it up you don't have to recut it out..
