I have a 01 3.o and am looking for some more power, I know about all the basics but I am curious about the M90.
How well does this supcercharger workon the 3.0?
What has to be done to make it fit the 3.0?

Doug904 adapted a m90 from a thunderbird SC. Theres posts on it somewhere. I plan on doing a similar swap but also with an IC.

just wait for the whipple not only will it be possibly cheaper but a whole lot easier on the brain and besides that an M90 makes a lot of heat

hey o2 temor, i like your honda humper, but doesn't a intercooler correct the heat problems, and how is the m-90 going, i know of someone had it install, boss and someone else?? Just want to know if they r still runing it and how its it going.

I beleive that the M90 is a downward discharge SC so an intercooler will not work unless you are a mad engineer/fanangler sp? and besides that intercoolers may lower charge temps but they are also a restriction and cause a drop in boost pressure

The m90 off of a t-bird has the discharge pointing up so an intercooler would be easy to install inline. It also has a top so all you have to do is connect a pipe to the outlet of the SC.

The M90 of a t-bird also has a huge aftermarket but I would still wait for the wipple personally I think It will TOO.

well whippy s/c is 3$$$$ dollars, you can get a m-90 for under 500 used, rebuild, fab for $600 for magport 1 and $800 for magport 2. you can send it to

or buy a new one for $1700 and they sell great performance parts for the m-90 includin an expensive intercooler($1500) but i think it would work if you had a e-fan instead of the clutch fan. but if i lost boost over it then i would not go with it.
