Stock is 1 1/16th inch, PST makes a 1 1/8", the only other option is to go with an Explorer front sway bar, you can get those in up to 1 1/2" diameters.
Think carefully about what you're doing though, a larger front swaybar will increase understeer in a heavily understeering pig.

what would you recomend for better handling/steering options?
im looking for all around better handling and response from my truck before i start to gain HP/TQ.
suggestions? tips? anything?

Do you have a rear sway bar? That will help balance out the handling on your truck.

Sway bars should be used more for fine tuning of the suspension after all other factors have been worked out; wheel and tire selection, spring rates, track widths (very little adjustment there), roll center heights, spring positions, shock selection, weight, center of gravity position, etc.
