This is mostly addressed to those that have the OHC engine, but I'd like to hear from anyone with an automatic and limited slip.
How easy does your truck break the tires loose? Mine has 4.10's and limited slip, and it's a 4x4. If you brake torque it a little, it will smoke both of them pretty good. Do it long enough to get the tires hot, and it doesn't move, just sets there smoking. But you have to brake torque it. If you nail it from a standstill, it might squeak them a little, or spin some if the road is hot. Just wondering what everyone elses does. My 99 with the 4.0, 3.73's and open dif woud break one tire loose just by nailing it when you were moving in first.
Since the tires are the recalled Firestones, I figure no use turning them back in with 6000 easy miles on them. ;)
