This isn't exactly forced induction, but how hard would it be to put a turbo on my 3.0? Could I take one off of another car and try to make it work?

yes you could but the thing is you need to ready to do a lot of work b/c there is no one that make parts for it to work the computer will need reprograming and the intakemanifold would need to be made as wel as the mounting for the turbo all in al it would be a great thing but a lot of work do a search ther is lots of infor on thing that others have tryed so learn from them and if could be ezaer for you
