got the whipple on last week it took me longer than i thought it would. some small changes in kit would help but it is still a nice kit.i also installed the jba ss catback. i drove it with stock exh. after whipple install and i can tell you it makes a good bit of difference. it does sound a little ricey though but i can live with it.it is a necessity with the blower i assure you.if they sent a 1/4 in. phenolic spacer with the kit for an 03 it would have made a better install all around. the center intake long bolt wont work either.they all need to be the same length with the whipple. the grinding on the ac compressor is vague in pics just remember it almost all needs to come off the topside only.pic makes it look like it is on side of boss.blower sits directly on top.it took me about 4 hrs. takes minimal amount of tools.needs 410 gears in my opinion and needs a 93 octane tune option. doug 904 is who im gonna talk to about that. overall an 8 out of 10 kit.will satisfy most people 100%....thanks Skip....

Yeah they do leave that kinda vague, after talking with the mechanic who wrote the notes for that he said to take it down until you can see threads on the bolt and the rear all the way out. After installing 2 kits now I totally agree, and it will hold it up and cause a bad vacuum leak, ask me how I know.

Other then that its a great kit with quality parts and instructions. I'm looking for someone with a late model 02up with a Whipple to do some performance tuning for so just let me know. I can't give you the all out race tune but I can improve a bit from the stocker.
