Cannot view pics from any gal, it says i'm not registered !?!?

click logout in the gallery,
clear the cookies from your browser (look in your browser's options),
log back in

if that doesn't work try the magic fix:

Go to your control panel here via the "User CP" link, click on "Edit Email & Password", change your password to something else, log out of the forum.

Go to your browsers options and check the cookie settings. Do a search on google if you need help with those options.

Next delete all cookies or if you can, delete just the ones from rps, close the browser, open it again, come back to the forum, log in with your new password and all should be well.

If it still doesn't work then it's your browser's settings because changing the password forces the site to send you new information and it's up to your browser to handle it from that point on.
