While this may be correct for many brands, it is wrong for Fords. On a Ford, Bank 1 is the passenger's side, Bank 2 is the driver's side. 6pack Dec 31 2006, 03:18pm The first link works but is way confusing. The other links seem to be dead. P1400 says in the scanner that it is Auxiliary Emission Controls, yet that site says it is this: P1400 Differential Pressure Feedback Electronic Sensor circuit Low Voltage What is it? rwenzing Jan 18 2008, 05:58pm The DPFE sensor reads the gas flow through the EGR tube and reports it to the PCM as a voltage. The P1400 code says that the DPFE sensor voltage at the PCM is less than 0.2V which is unacceptably low. If there is no other issue such as an unplugged connector or damaged wiring, then the sensor is probably bad. da bazzman Feb 02 2008, 01:31am My 94 B-4000 truck is an old obd 1 [or is it?] and this link didn't do me any good.
