I threw this video through my editing software, and tuned it down to 1/3x speed. Speaking as a knife thrower, the throw strength and distance do not allow for enough rotation to get the point to stick, as he held them by the blade when thrown. Second, those scissors are not very pointy, I have a pair. Third, you'll notice that in the beginning, the scissors are rather deep in the persons arm. Upon movement of his arm, they slide out of the wound about an inch. BUT, there is no blood or redness of skin akin to a stab wound. Not to mention unknown variables, like the position of the persons arm upon impact. (would have to be pretty well straight back 90 degrees from his body, a hard accomplishment for some, especially while running!)
