I have a 1998 ranger and i just recently purchased a 88 5.0 out of a mustang with plans of swapping it in. Was wondering if anyone on here was from jersey and new how the emissions would work with that engine in my truck seeing as emissions in jersey are really harsh, anyone with info would be very helpful.

well here in ohio what I plan on doing is getting the truck registered in a county that doesnt require e-check. I would just check your local laws.
