Hey guys how's it goin? This is my first time ever posting anything on a forum. I have just goten into the idea of puting a charger on my ranger but am finding it waaaaay hard to find one for my year. Any ideas????

there used to be a kit out for the OHV, but it is no longer produced. your best bet is either ebay for an old kit, or piecing one together.

Awsome thanks guys. Like i said this is my first time on the forums so I dont know where I'm goin but I'll try my best. =-) I've tryed ebay but for the most part it's all 93-94 rangers. But we'll see.

BBK made a supercharger for the OHV 4.0. Try them to see if it's still available. It came out a few years ago so it should still be produced. Good luck. :leghump:

It's not. Paxton, Vortech, and BBK all made kits for the 4.0 OHV engine. Paxton was the first to come out with a kit and probably stopped making round about the time that BBK came out with theirs. The BBK kit was only produced for about a year maybe 2, but that is pushing it. They didn't make a whole lot of them. They just never really sold. Vortech stopped making their kit late in 03 or early 04. So there are no new kits being built for the OHV. You can however get a Paxton kit from Paradice Wheels which I think uses a rebuilt/remanufactured headunit. Last I knew he still had a couple kicking around. If you do a search you'll find his contact number.
