Pros of the "spindle flip" (should be called ball joint flip or spindle lift):

1- you get a 2" drop without cutting your front cups lower and lower, nice since rangers don't have drop spindles yet (probally never?)..

Cons:

1- You must have an 18" or bigger to clear lower arm after flip

2- Look at the picture and you'll see how much of the lower ARM THIS GUY CUT OUT! to be able to turn the tire, Scary! (DJM arms are slimmer towards the end and may work better, and 20's may give lot more clearance also)

3- in the various threads people were concerned with the the ball joint popping out since the weight of the truck is now pushing on the lower arm and could pull off the bottom of the balljoint, some say just weld it, some still think it could rip out anyway..

4- You have to find a way to make custom tapered sleeves..

5- You could have serious bumpsteer??

6- You may need to raise you upper arms?

yes the arms look kinda scarry, a Tubular arm would possibly be better or some better supports added. Possibly could be a mod for the 20" plus guys.
