Anyone up for an offroading meet or at least know some good places to go in the Northern VA area or anywhere in the lower PA or MD area. Possibly a Ranger trip to paragon park?

I was just going to post about a possible open trip to Rausch Creek ( www.rauschcreekoffroadpark.com ). Only problem is, my truck is a stock 4x4, so I just wanted to go out and have some fun in the woods. I planned on sticking to the green trails, which wouldn't be very interesting for everyone else. My brother has a stock Durango and he wanted to come too :).

Doesn't paragon require winches and stuff? EDIT- no, they just require a front and rear tow point and a roof/rollcage.

I think the rausch creek place is closer to me than paragon park anyways so that would be cool. At paragon you just have to be in groups in at least three. I'd be up for a trip even if you guys want to stick to the green trials. Looks like they have a fair # of green trails to fill up a day of offroading. Im free most weekends. Let me know.

Yep, Rausch creek requires groups of at least 3 as well. That's why I was gonna post... my bro and I only make 2 :)

I'll let you know if I can do it some Sat or Sun... Would be nice to get out before the snow. Only thing I have to remember if we go out, is that I still have to drive it back :P

I'm thinking about trying one of Paragon's organized monthly rides. There's one coming up on November 5th. The advantage is that I can go alone, and get put with a trail guide that knows more about offroading than I do :). Plus I'd get to go out with a bunch of group 1 guys and gals and not be pressured to try trails I can't do...

So I'm thinking about it, but it's something like $25 or $35 to get in...
