That looks great Fonzie, are you doing them for the OHC engine yet? The MAF on mine has two devices side by side in it, I'm assuming one is the MAF sensor, and I'm not sure what the other one is. If you aren't doing the MAF for them yet, do you do just the tube?

Thanks

hhhmmm, good question, no I haven't ventured on the MAF for you newer guys, 2001+, only the 92-00... I would have to investigate a bit... I'll get back to you on it... The tube should work though no problem, but I will verify as well...

Thx.

Thanks Fonzie. Remember, the OHC engines have a different angle on the tube, it exits pointing more towards the side so there's less of a radius needed. Not a straight pipe, but not as severe as the OHV engines.

Do you have a pic of your engine??? Post it or send me one... I'll try and hit up a dealer to see the new kid on the block... Pun intended!!!

I'll take one of it tomorrow evening while it's light. If you need any dimensions, I can get that for you as well.

Fonzie, I was just noticing something. The 3.0 intake angles like the OHC 4.0 does, instead of coming straight out like the OHV 4.0. Wonder if the 3.0 would work on the OHC intake, by just shortening it up a little?

I'll tell u right now... That intake would work nicely, super nicely... Plus cheaper than mine to make and cut, measure, etc... I wish I had one here to test and built it... I'm really interested in doing this!!!

I should go test drive one and take it for the day!!! hehehe then I could tests the angle... hhhhhhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmm

Nah...

Yeh, I'm interested.
I have a 1994 Mazda B3000 3.0L V6.
I have had a hard time finding after market bolt-ons for my truck.
I even have tried looking for Ranger parts.
Do you think you can get the intake to work for me.
How much for the intake and what filter assembly do you use?

The filter, if u have the stock assembly, not a prob. If u have the KKM, not a problem. I dont need any of the stock tube. The IAT and breather tube are used like regular!!! Thats it. If you need, I sell modified MAF's as well. Plz compare your stock intake setup w/ my old setup, I'm still a bit unfamiliar w/ the earlier model 3.0L intake setups!!!

Thx.

The 94 and up Mazda B-series trucks are exactly the same as Rangers as far as the drivetrain is concerned. The only difference is in the fenders and grill, and the logo on the steering wheel. If you find a part that fits a Ranger in the same year and engine as yours, the parts will fit.
