will an eaton 112(i think) fit a 302 5.0L? its the same one out of a cobra/lightning. my friend took it out cuase he got a kenne bell i think. anyways he will sell it to me cheap, but will it fit, or can it be retrofitted or something? how much work would be involved if so?

Anything will fit, just requires fabrication. You would need to make a discharge intake manifold to accept the blower. Ideally you would want to use the intercooler system from the lightning or cobra as well. This can be done, but by no means would it be easy. Lots of fab work.

No, not really. The eaton is nice and reliable compressor, but not a power house, like a centrufugal or a twin screw(Kenne Bell / Whipple). That is why your buddy swapped it out I presume?
