I had to replace the bushings in my mazda M5OD awhile back, and while doing it, was able to get the part numbers, and a break down diagram, so I figured I would put it here

Cost of these parts may vary from dealer to dealer. Total, for the 7 parts, cost me 111.64 + tax. Others have been able to get all 7 parts for as little as 60 or 70 dollars, so be aware that there seems to be a wide range on the price.
