Hi all, I guess I'll start asking questions!! I am trying to remove the nozzle washer and replace it with an aftermarket one, but I have no clue how to get it out!!!
Anyone done it before? If you have, please let me know about the steps and tools to use, thank you!!
P.S. Thank God this board is back...my life was sooo bored without this board!! :p

not positive of what you are talking about. is it the windshield washer? the little nozzle on the hood? the pump?
what???
need more info. ;)

The last one I took off was on my 90 Ranger, I had to remove the cowl to get it off. I think it was held on with a clip underneath. Kinda square peg in a square hole deal. I broke it removing ice from the truck.

The one on my 88 ranger comes off by raising the hood removing the hose and squeezing 2 tabs together and lifting it out... the tabs face the sides of the truck rather than front to back. hope this helps..

yes, ex90ranger, i am talking about the 2 little nozzles that shoots out windshield fluids. I have a 2k Ranger, so I don't know if it's different than the older model of Rangers.
For the driver's side one, I think it's possible to take it out, because i can see the hose connected to the nozzle. But the pump is blocking it. I made a couple of attempts to pull it off w/o removing the pump...no luck.
About the passenger side....well, it's right above the ECU. I took the ECU out and was hoping to reach inside, but NOPE, it was blocked...
I took a look at the cowl, but seems like it's welded to the body...
But I am so happy people are making replies!!! Keep them coming!!! *I tried some other sites, no replies whatsoever!!*
