get out there with a tape measure and find out.
1. measure the center of your rotor to the fender.
2. subtract 2" and there is ur drop height. mabey a little less (+/- 1") if you got a four-banger.
3. take the diameter of your winter tires and see if it works. you should have at least 1" travel room
4. Do the same thing on your rear but measure from the center of the drums and subtract 3". It dosent matter with your engine size for the rear.

That should give you a rough idea. There are other factors to take into account but there you go.

EDIT: You tires diameter is 28.9" so half of that is ~14.5 so if you have around 16" from center of rotor to the fender you could probally pull it off.

I ran 225/70/15 on my 4/5 drop which measure 27.4 in diameter, radius of 13.7. I never rubbed once. Your 235/75/15 measure 28.9 in diameter, radius of 14.5. The radius of your tire is only .75 of an inch larger than mine and you'll have 2 inches higher of clearance with your drop than my 4/5. I'd say you'll be just fine.

I had 225/70/15s with my 4/5 as well. You will be fine.

could i do a 4/5 drop or is that just pushing it and the tires will be too big

u probably could get away with it, but it will rub the inner fenders on big bumps

anyone else know if a 4/5 would work? or no?

4/5 will not work with 235/75/15s. You'll be rubbing a LOT! I say just sell them and get yourself some smaller winter tires, 225/70/15 or 215/75/15 and then drop it 4/5! If you drop it 2/3, you're gonna want to go lower!

i bought them at town fair tire and i am pretty sure but not positive that i can return them within 30 days if i dont like them... so i cud go with smaller ones possibly...

what exactly do i need for a 4/5 drop... my friend jst built a 40x40 garage with a lift so i wont be paying for the labor

this brings me to my next qiestion... before i consider a 4/5 will my 17x9 cobra rs and 17x10.5 (all with 275/40/17s) work on the 4/5

will my 235/75/15s work on a 3/4 drop....

3" coils up front and a flip kit with 1" lifting shackle

i would think if you were going for a 3/4 you wouldnt need the lift shackles, the flip would be 4in.

in case it matters they are 28.9 inches in diametere.. i hope they will work with a 3/4 but i would like to know for sure before i go and do it

i would start off with djm control arms rather than springs especially if someday you might want to bag it
