Ok, im trying to get my ranger back together and get it to where i can use it for a daily or just a bad day ride. But i got a few questions, yes i have had a ranger it was dropped and on 17's, and 20's for a few weeks. But i was just going to ask to see what yall would recomend for a daily... 18's, 20's? I want the truck to look good and im about to get the truck repainted white. So im thinking of getting black bullits for it. Just wanted to see what yall thought. The truck may get a little drop. Would 4-6 be to much? just curious.. mine was 3/4, and i think i may want it a little lower this time around.

20s were hell when i was static, i would stick to something smaller. i dont know if you remember my drop or not, i think it was around 5/7 or so and i had to notch the frame..the pumpkin still hit the bed floor though. it was tolerable for the most part, how low you go depends on where you want it to go. I have some bolt in C-notches that I built if ya want em! :)

yeah 20s you are gonna need a lower profile = rougher ride.

get something other than black bullitts, there are a million other choices for black rims with a polished lip.

I'm sitting at 5/7 right now. Thats as low as you want to go. I have a bolt in c notch, and I had to cut like a 3x3 hole in my bed for the differential to clear on the rough bumps. I just got a raised transmission crossmember and it made a world of a difference. I can make it over speedbumps now! 18's would probably be the way to go for a daily. Get some 18x9's for the front, and the 18x10.5 DD bullits for the back. it'll look uber sick.

Yeah when I got the 20s for mine it was a slight difference in ride compared to the 18s but then again it was fine for me. Its all in how you drive it I guess.
Just dont get alloys if you expect rough roads, lol.

If anything go with a 18/20 combo on it and you can still fit a decent size tire on both for a DD

well, im not big on the 18/20 combos. I was thinking of some 18's and do like tehzack said, 18x9 in front and 18x10 deep dish for the rear. But i dont know just yet, i know there are lots of choices on rims out there, for some reason i love the bullitts. I really thank yall for the help. Hopefully i will have some pics soon!

Everybody and their brother has them, but that doesn't bother me. I don't care about being original, I care about getting what I like.

Get the bullits justin, 18x9 front 18x10 rear, with about a 4/5 drop. That will be low enought to look good and still be daily drivable.

Thats what im wanting! i priced a set today 18x9's in the front and 10's in the back with the deep dish. 650 for all four shipped to me! Maybe getting them in a few weeks. I was thinking about a 4/5 drop also.. ur just reading my mind! haha Geoff. I also had a friend price me a set of 18x9 Rebel wheels they are made by American Racing. Check them out and let me know what u think. Im still liking the bullits though, dont really care that everyone has them.

I'm with you I don't care how many people have them they look sweet. I have a flip kit for sale to if you want it you can just knock it off what I owe you on the rims haha.

Sounds good, man... Will the blocks and all that work? Are they 2"? Cuz i want to do about a 4/6 drop so it doesnt have that rake like my grey ranger did...
