Well I have always used and love Norgren nickel plated push lock fittings. These things are damn near bulletproof. You just have to make sure you make clean square cuts in your lines.

As far as which ones to use basically its going to depend on how you plumb your system. I perosnally would run a seperate line for each bag, or 1 to each end for a f/b set up. For f/b your looking at 2 straight out to 2 straight in to each lift valve then a Tee between the dump valve and lift valve with the 3rd branch going to the bag with a straight coming out of the Tee and 1 going into the bag.

I actually prefer compression fittings with the inserts. They are nifty.

Only thing I hate about compression fittings is the fact that you cannot take them loose and re use them without replacing the crush sleeve, sometimes the nut and the inner sleeve. Cheep pieces, but with PTC's you can just release the presure and push down on the ring and pull out the hose. Granted the cheeper PTC's are harder to get the hose loose, but that is why I recomend the Norgrens.

I have both but the best ptc's I have had were from the 18wheeler place and had an inner sleeve.
