I can't say if it'll fit, but like most other engines, unless you're turning some serious RPMs, or are heavily modded the TB and MAF are not holding you back any. That being the case I'd say it's a waste of $400. I'd spend the money on a tuner from Bamachips instead - that will make a difference!

I've seen the Balance Shaft Delete kits out there, but don't know if it'd really make a lot of (positive) difference. Yes, it removes rotating mass from the engine, but it's also there for a reason, and these guys aren't gonna reimburse you if it eventually tears something up from not being as balanced. For the minimal claimed gains I don't think it's worth finding out.

The larger tb on the focus doesn't improve hp, but it does improve throttle reponse, that's why most of us put them on our focus.
