i was wondering if i could get a program for my laptop and a cable and do it that way?Yes, but it would probably cost more than buying a flash tuner device with the calibration already done for you. A typical set of custom ready-to-run tunes using an SCT Xcalibrator is $400. Decent do-it-yourself tuning software is generally double that or more.
