What are those pocket holes for on top of the bed rails?
I can imagine making a DIY tent/shell or sticking a rake in there to hold your hose over the side like the gardeners do.
What are they primarily designed for? Have you seen any imaginative/creative uses for them?

On our old trucks we used them for hog/cattle racks. In a small truck you could do the same.. I wouldn't haul a full-size bull though. If I ever get around to buying a farm i'm going to setup racks similiar but so I can haul more wood/hay whatever. Truely I don't know why they still include them. Tow hooks on a sliding rack would be a better option.
