I'm getting ready to re-do the bridge on my '99 and was just curious as to what some others have done. I already have my idea drawn up and have ordered the new brackets and such; I just want some other input. Thanks.

All look good so far. Nitemare; how long until your upper brackets start to bow up from no center support? I used to have a '92 S-10 that was bagged with a very similar setup to yours except no flames and after awhile my uppers started bowing up from the stress. My new bridge is in the works, still waiting on my new brackets and getting ready to order my tubing from suicidedoors.com then it's on!

the side edges are bent down at an engle which act like gussests, and if you got a good penatrating weld on there they shouldnt bend, plus the back is a fairly lite portion of the truck, and those are made from quarter inch (if i belive corectly) which is pretty hefty.

^^^ All my stuff was from SuicideDoors.com and it was hefty stuff also, they looked just like his only without the flames. Anyone have any cool tubed bridges? That's what I'll be doing, and that's what I'm really looking for.

even though the upper mounts are bent. the pressure in teh bags pushing from the frame kind of acts like a lever and twists the top of the frame outward. i guess it kind of depends on how tall your notch is but i had to put a crossmember there when i had my bags on the axle to keep this from happeneing

^^^ I wish that was what I saw when I looked in my bed. I should have my brackets this coming week and I'll be ordering all of my tubing next week so as soon as I get it done I'll post pics of the before and after.

the wheels are Mazzi Sphinx but you wont find them in black like that, i powdercoated them at work...the chrome flaked off within a year of buying them and the shop i got them from wouldn't do anything for me so i just done 'em up black...turned out better than expected..

Well yes and no. I think they mighta been on here at one time or another but not sure.
For the record though they would consider it his truck but they are married so I guess they both kinda own the truck...
