When I turn my wheel left to right I get a squeek from the drivers front wheel area. It also squeeks when I hit bumps and when I shake the truck. I havnt gotten a chance to really look at it (its been 3-5 degreese out lately). Anyone had this problem before or and suggestions on what it might be?

The squeek is very load, I can hear it on the highway.
