Im on www.autopartswarehouse.com trying to figure out what I need to replace the ball joints on my truck. The truck is listed in my sig and has vin "U" I cant for the life of me figure out what I need. I think im going to replace the upper control arms (which comes with ball joints) as well as the lower ball joints. I have heard good things about moog stuff so im gunna go with that. I would greatly appreciate any help.

please do a search on here using MY username and balljoints and you'll find everything you need. the part #s might be off cause I replaced mine on a 98 xlt not an edge model.

I work at Midas, and we use Moog chassis parts all the time. Their balljoints are great. Like others have said, they're quality and they're greaseable.
From personal experience, having that fitting sure beats having to poke a hole in the OEM boots in the winter when all the grease dries up. Every year once it gets cold I have to crawl under there and puncture the boot to add some fresh stuff, and a fitting would help a lot.
