hey,
i just bought a 2 inch skyjacker suspension lift for my 96' ranger. me and my friends dad are planning on installing it this weekend and i was wondering if any body has ever installed this lift themselves. if you have; what tools did you use and was it really hard. my friends dad has done this before, but i havent, and i just wanted to get some basic info before i got myself in over my head.

It's not that hard to do. This tech library should help you out. Just remember some WD40 :)

You should have plenty of that info with your lift kit.

I just finished doing the same thing. WD40 and a Torch is the key to success for this installation. Air guns are always nice too. the i-beams need to be cranked a ways down to get new coils in if you're doing them too. You'll love the new ride and look!!
