Ok, I sent the first e-mail alomst a week ago, but my phone broke on Friday, so I just re-sent it with my new cell number, still hoping for a response soon, we're getting closer to the meet, and as of yet do not have anything set in stone, I still need to make a reservation for the pavilion for Sunday, Sep. 9th and we have nothing planned officially for Sat, Sep 8th, I appreciate everyone that has helped thus far, but we could really use some help from our NY bunch, and I still need a final number to tell the park and I need to know who's interested in getting an alcohol permit, I'm only gonna be 20 at the time of the meet, so this year I cannot get an alcohol permit, so I need someone else to step up and get this as well, thank you for listening to me rant, have a good day, later.

Hey Matt, we're probably meeting at the Crossgates Mall, approx. 11am-12pm somewhere in there, Jim posted the info page for the meet, basic plan of events, huh, not entirely sure yet, just kinda go with the flow at this point, we'll get it more structured in the coming weeks, hope that helps man.
