The compete picture process of repairing rust on my 01 Ranger. As I got into the project I realized I was going to have to repair more than just rust. The front bumper and valance was rock chipped. Valance had some scrapes, nothing major just normal ware and tear. I took pics of the process so far and will finish tomorrow.

The whole process took a little longer than expected because I ended painting both valance and bumper. I put about 17hrs worth of work in. But it was well worth the time and came out looking great.

Thanks for the comments. Over Thanksgiving I was turning around in a ditch, hit a fence post, and chipped the paint on the bumper. It also marred the paint down the side of my truck and scratched off my Edge sticker. Oh well. Nothing an afternoon in the shop cant fix.
