Duplicolor and Duplicolor Clear coat. Get them at Walmart. You might want to use some sort of Plastic primer before hand, but I just sanded mine perfectly smooth and did it from there. (and no problems yet)

SEM Trim paint & some Plastic Prep. I clean the plastic really good with some 409 wash it all off, then use the plastic prep to clean off any finger marks, etc., then paint. I have done this many times works great. You can get this stuff at most Automotive Paint stores.

I've also heard of people doing it with model paint. (testors) I'd imagine that would look pretty good and there is a ton of colors.

yeah i used some of the testors model paint and i haven't had any problems for probably 6 months. i painted some of the dash that i've seen some of you paint, i painted it purple then i went back over it lightly with some royal blue to make that purple-blue lookin color (i call it blurple). holds up really well
