I am going to use this "garage" as a common thread for all my "progress" on my 351W swap with water intercooled Kenne bell. This project started as just putting new heads on my 302 and has snow balled into this - as well as my truck being in pieces since April 2005!

Basics of project:
- 351W roller block from Lightning with stock crank, Scat rods, Ross/Probe dish pistons (~9:1). Balanced to use 50oz explorer damper /trigger
- steeda 19 cam
- AFR 205 heads
- custom made aluminum intercooler intake manifold with 2003 Cobra core
- fluidyne cobra heat exchanger
- 2.6L Autorotor supercharger (Old School, not the new Kenne Bell in house design - damn hard to find I might add!)
- custom 1 3/4" headers
- explorer EDIS EEC-V control with custom oil pump drive / cam sensor
- custom oil pan
- bunch of misc.

Before we begin, here are the picture pages of misc. pictures of the original 302 swap, addition of 1.5L Kenne Bell, fitment of 4406 Expedition transfer case, initial try at custom headers, the 14" 4 piston Brembo brakes that will eventually make it on the truck. Each link has several pages.

Now, I plan to gradually bring all the detail and pictures directly into this thread, but though this would be a good starting point. I do need to add some pictures of the after JetHot coated headers and oil pan, as well as detail around the intake, what I am doing for transmission (modded 4R75W now, then custom Viper T56 with corvette rear case and modified CTSV shifter connected to NP205 transfer case), and my wheels (305/50R20 Toyo Open Country on Momo wheels.

All I need is time (but I don't even have that to finish this blasted truck!)

Lets see: A house that will never stop needing maintenance, finishing my basement, a 3 year old boy, and 8 month old girl, 60 hours a week M-F, and a butt load of lazieness mixed in!

Well get your wife and kids some tool belts and tools and send them towards the basement. There, problem solved.
