i have a 331 that i am planing to put into my 98 ranger i have mounts,trans ecm and harness but i need some info on what i can tune with i am going to be running a twinturbo setup with 2 t3/t04e turbos flipped shortys the turbo part im ok with but tuning the explorer ecm ill need alot of help does any use tweecer if so is it worth buying if not what will help tune the explorer ecm

www.sctflash.com is your best bet. The SCT will allow complete control over all Explorer EEC-V PCM features.

your best bet is a standalone like a msd,holley or aem the do it properly, the "other" systems are just a bandaid that are just thrown on top of the the factory program.

While stand alone's have there advantages especially on older cars, a stand alone on an OBDII car can cause a lot of issues (no transmission control, no speedo, gauges etc.) In my experience SCT tuning software is far from a bandaid, and is the only way to go for a swap such as this.

Yeah, the SCT Pro-Racer Package is no bandaid! It will allow you to control every detail of the factory computers capability. Only thing better in my mind is moving up to a Motec or similar, which will allow you to get down to individual cylinder control, but get out your Wallet!
