View Full Version : Lost my Ethanol station caeman Oct 30 2008, 05:07pm I only had one E85 pump near me and Hurrican Ike damaged the station badly, the station closed for repairs. Closed for a month now. :grrr: I liked being able to fill up occasionally as an engine cleaner. Ethonal is one of the best solvents out there. give it enough time it will eat rubber fuel lines and corrode steel bisjoe Oct 31 2008, 02:29pm We have 4 in the entire state now, however they are far spread out and the closest to this area is a 45 minute drive. Add to that the prices for E85 running $2.67 - $2.99 while I paid $2.59 for regular gas yesterday, and if I had a flex fuel vehicle I'd be very unhappy.
