If a team were to want to jump in and help with this what would it take exactly? In terms of helping with the build, tools and manpower aside, as those are taken care of, but what all would be needed or would it be easier to start from scratch?

There is a lot to answer there. I have not gotten a hold of the Chevy guys. Not tried to much yet though...

If they are done, so are we. Otherwise we still really need everything...
