hey guys, i have a 2005 mazda b4000 with 89,000km I think the LSD is on its last legs. I have the 4.11, anyways Iam just wondering how much a rebuild kit is for it, how hard of a job it is, and how much it should cost to get it done in a decent shop? Iam fairly mechanically inclined, done many brake jobs, replaced almost everything on the outside of many different engines etc, the big thing for me is I can't have the truck down for more then a day or a weekend worst case scenario. Is this a reasonable mileage for it to be almost done, when just had some snow here and noticed quite a few times taking off that just one wheel would spin, and now that all the snow is gone I have done a few peelers here and there and only one wheel spins and this is on dry concrete, I tried the same thing in a gravel parking lot and got both wheels to spin once out of four tries... thanks for your help in advance.
