i want to know how to get pics of my truck on threads. do i need a photobucket? or can i do it straight from my picture program?

I use photobucket, then you can just copy the code and paste it in with the image option.

The other option is a direct upload. When you make a post look down below the post area and you'll see an option for Manage Attachments. You can upload directly from your computer, but the images have to be within certain size restrictions. I think it's no larger than 800 x 600 pixels and 25,000 bytes.

Reply to this post, then when the reply window comes up scroll down a little. You'll see an area that says Attach Files, with a button marked Manage Attachments. Click on that button and a window pops up that lets you browse to where you have the picture on your computer. It will say Upload Files From Your Computer with a Browse button beside it. Once you've found the file you want, click the Upload button, then when it's complete close the window. The picture will show up as a thumbnail in your post. Then if someone clicks on it they will see the larger image you uploaded.

You have to click the Post Reply button to see this option, if you use the Quick Reply you won't see it.

Just doo zooms way, Make a free photo bucket, And it gives you the code. Hell if your using internet explorer, It even copys the code to your clip board upon clicking it haha.... Then just paste it in your post.
