I've been meaning to post this in the challenge section for a while now.

having wonky [[completely legit technical term]] tilted horizons is enough to drive me crazy. I believe this will also work in photoshop elements, someone correct me if I'm wrong though -- I don't actually have elements to prove it.

Elements 5 you go to Image > rotate > straighten (it does it automatically)
