This has been killing me with the website on and off lately. I am in the middle of swapping out my rear end and I keep checking back for help and one day it works one day it doesnt! WHAT GIVES?!?!? This is partly the reason why I did not renew my subscription to be a premium member, just FYI

They are in the process of switching servers. Sometimes, it has to go offline in order to move the info. There hasn't been any word of RPS shutting down.

I thought we were on the new server already. It has been down ALL DAY for me.

I'd suggest saving the webpage and all pictures when it is up for easy reference. and I hate to sound bad or nasty, but it's getting a tad bit ridiculous.

yeah im not trying to sound like a jerk or anything by making this thread, but this has been going on for quite some time now, you'd think it would have gotten fixed by now...i know that i'm not on this website nearly as much as i used to be because half the time i try to get on and its not working

ya know, a year ago I would have been right there with you complaining.... now that i've had my own hard knocks migrating a complex web application from one server to another (3 different applications on 3 different servers) I can tell you that switching hardware is never cut'n'dry. Also, unless I'm mistaken, the admins aren't making money off this site, which means they have real jobs too...

Bottom line is that yes, the outages are annoying, but cut the guys some slack, I'm sure they're doing the best they can.

yeah, they dont get paid for the site and yes they do it on there own time. i think we are just more upset cuz its been like 6 months and its still up and down. it up right now so im happy. lol.

Could be worse I'm a member on the ford six forum and they were having problems with the site then one day it was gone. No word of what's going on and its been like 3 weeks. Ill deal with it being down for a day or so, as long as this site doesn't go anywhere. So thanks guys for your hard work!

I agree. Ive had to find info on other sites several times in the past couple months.

Doesn't seem like anyone comes to this website very often anymore. Theres never more than 2-3 people viewing each section at a time. Sadly I can see why... The site only works 3 days a week.:errrr:
